We started business in 1995 with the goal of supplying
dialup Internet access to rural areas in N.E. Tennessee and S.E. Kentucky
which had previously not had any online access. Since than, we have
added DSL Broadband Internet access and expanded operations nationwide .
Our normal office hours:
- Monday through Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM Eastern Time
- Sundays: 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM Eastern Time
Our summer office hours:
- Monday through Saturday: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EDT
- Sundays: Closed
2009 Summer Hours will begin May 4, 2009
Tech support is available by telephone during those hours or via
E-mail 24 hours a day.
