
Brown chuck until well cooked. Add other spices until well blended, then add tomato juice, steak sauce and sherry and ginger. Cook and stir until well done then simmmer for 2 or 3 hours.
If desired you can use chopped onion on hotdogs.
For chili for the bowl add one (1) can of Bush Pinto Beans and enough tomato juice to make chili thin as you like. You could use 1/2 of chili for sauce and have the rest for hot dogs.
