System Requirements

Works with Windows 98 and above, and most browsers. Sorry, no Macintosh support yet.

Netlink 2000, Inc. will offer you a free trial of MegaSpeed. To get your free trial, simply call our office at 784-2000 (if you are a local call to Jellico, TN) or at 1-800-895-5593 and let one of our technicians know that you feel a need for speed! Your account will be set up on the MegaSpeed service and you can then download the MegaSpeed software. Just download the software, install it on your system and you are ready to go.

You must log in with @netlink or @netlink.net following your username in order to be activated on the Megaspeed Network. Which one of these you will need to use will depend on what phone number your computer dials into us with. If you are unsure which of these you should be using please call our office.

Note: If for any reason you decide not to use the MegaSpeed software beyond your free trial offer, you MUST call our office before the the first of the following month to let us know. Otherwise your account will be charged $5.00 per month extra for the MegaSpeed service beginning the first of the month following your free trial.
