- I just wanted to Thank You for all of your help with my comouter problem tonight. My husband brought home a longer phone cord and we were connected the first time we dialed. - I had a big name ISP before going with jellico.com and had a lot of problems with them. I couldn't stay online, when I did get online nothing worked right. Also when I would call to talk to someone about the problem, I would have to wait on hold for upto 2 hours. I had enough of that and changed to jellico.com, since then I have had no problems and stay online. I have had to call one time and liked getting to talk to a person right then, not having to wait on hold. I have been with them for about a month and like them alot. I have also recommened my family members to jellico.com and a few of them have changed to them. They had the same problems as I and were ready to change ISP's. I am very happy with jellico.com.
